Registration Information
Pre-registration is required for Red Cross training classes. There are four convenient ways to register:
1. By Telephone: 816-931-6662, ext. 7030
Telephone registration is taken with most major credit cards. When you call, please provide:
- Your name
- Your address and daytime phone number
- The class name, dates and time
- Your credit card number and expiration date
During phone-in registration, you may get a voice mail message. Please leave your name and phone number and one of our representatives will return your call in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience.
2. By Fax: 816-931-0141
Fax your completed registration form with your credit card number and expiration date.
3. By Mail
Complete the registration form and mail it along with the class fee. You may pay with a check or credit card (most major credit cards accepted.)

Register in person by visiting our Midtown or Cass County Branch locations. Please bring the completed
registration form. You may pay with cash, check or credit card (most major credit cards accepted.)
